TechHaulers Shop - Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: April 13, 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase, shipment, and delivery of all items sold through the TechHaulers online store (https://shop.techhaulers.com). By placing an order with TechHaulers, you (the “Customer”) agree to the terms outlined below.


1. REFURBISHED AND USED PRODUCT DISCLOSURE

All products sold by TechHaulers are sourced through our eWaste collection and recycling operations.

  • Condition: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, all items are USED or REFURBISHED. Items may show signs of wear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or cosmetic imperfections.
  • Functionality: While items are used, TechHaulers employs a rigorous testing process. We strive to ensure that 100% of the products shipped are in correct working order at the time of dispatch.
  • Display Models: Certain products listed on our website are currently on physical display at our "Building A" facility. If you purchase a display item, it will be pulled from our floor, undergo a final functionality verification, and be professionally packaged for shipment.

2. NO WARRANTY AND "AS-IS" SALES

TechHaulers is a secondary market reseller of electronics.

  • No Warranties: All items are sold "AS-IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." TechHaulers provides no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Manufacturer Warranties: As these are used/refurbished goods, original manufacturer warranties are likely expired and are not transferable to the Customer.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY (WEBSITE & GOOGLE LISTINGS)

Items shown on the TechHaulers online store (https://shop.techhaulers.com) and select Google listings are synced to our current warehouse inventory.

  • Inventory-Synced Listings: Our listings are intended to reflect what is physically in stock at our warehouse at the time you view the listing.
  • Availability Changes: Because inventory can move quickly (including in-person sales and sales through multiple channels), availability may change without notice.

4. ORDER SELECTION (EXACT ITEM VS. IDENTICAL MODEL)

When you place an order, you are selecting from items shown on our website and/or external listings.

  • Exact Item: In many cases (especially for unique used/refurbished items), we pull and ship the exact item pictured and described.
  • Identical Model Substitution: In some cases where we have multiples of the same make/model/configuration, we may ship an identical model from our stock (same model and core specs as the listing). Minor cosmetic differences may exist due to normal used condition.
  • If an Item is Unavailable: If the exact listed item is no longer available due to simultaneous sale or inventory mismatch, we may (at our option) (i) ship an identical model if available, or (ii) cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. FULFILLMENT (PACKING & SHIPPING USED ELECTRONICS)

We take care to package used electronics in a way that helps protect the item during transit.

  • Pre-Ship Verification: Prior to dispatch, we perform a final pick/pack check to confirm the correct item and basic functionality consistent with the listing.
  • Protective Packaging: Items are packed using appropriate protective materials such as anti-static packaging (when applicable), cushioning, and double-boxing for fragile items when reasonable.
  • Secure Handling for Heavy/High-Value Gear: Large enterprise gear (e.g., switches/servers) may require additional handling time and may ship with reinforced packaging, foam-in-place, or crating as appropriate.

6. SHIPPING DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. High-volume items or large enterprise networking gear (e.g., Cisco Catalyst units) may require additional handling time for secure crating.
  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily utilize major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For bulk purchases or oversized equipment, we may utilize LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight services.
  • Google Listings Disclaimer: We strive for real-time inventory accuracy; however, external listings (including Google) may have a slight delay in reflecting current stock status. In the event an item is sold simultaneously on multiple platforms or a listing displays outdated availability, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
  • Local Pickup Option: Local pickup at our “Building A” warehouse may be available for eligible items. See Section 7 (“Local Pickup at Building A”).

7. LOCAL PICKUP AT BUILDING A

TechHaulers may offer local pickup for certain items at our “Building A” warehouse location.

  • Availability: Local pickup is subject to item eligibility, staffing, and scheduling availability.
  • Pickup Scheduling: Customers may be required to schedule a pickup window and provide order confirmation and a valid photo ID at pickup.
  • Pickup Condition & Verification: Pickup items may be held in a staged area and provided in the same used/refurbished condition described in the listing. We may perform a final verification prior to handoff.
  • Transfer of Risk: For local pickup orders, risk of loss and title transfer upon handoff of the item to the Customer (or the Customer’s authorized representative).

8. SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS; COSTS & TAXES

  • Rates at Checkout: Shipping rates (when applicable) are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, service level, and carrier rates.
  • Carriers: We typically ship using FedEx, UPS, and USPS. For oversized, heavy, or bulk shipments, we may use LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight services.
  • Taxes: Arizona residents are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes. Customers outside of Arizona are responsible for any use taxes or import duties required by their local jurisdiction.
  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and brokerage charges. TechHaulers will not undervalue shipments on customs forms.

5. SECURITY AND CHAIN OF CUSTODY

As an eWaste and data security company, we take the security of our shipments seriously.

  • Tracking: Every shipment includes a tracking number provided via email once the label is generated.
  • Tamper Evidence: For high-value enterprise equipment, TechHaulers may apply internal tamper-resistant stickers. If these stickers are removed or broken, any potential eligibility for a "dead on arrival" (DOA) return is voided.
  • Data Sanitation: TechHaulers guarantees that all storage media (HDDs, SSDs) included in our shop inventory have undergone a minimum of a 1-pass data wipe in accordance with our standard data security protocols before being listed for sale.

6. RISK OF LOSS

The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from TechHaulers pass to the Customer upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. TechHaulers is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We highly recommend customers select shipping options that include insurance for high-value items.

7. DELIVERY DISCREPANCIES AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • Inspection: Customers must inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
  • Damaged Goods: If a package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photographs before opening.
  • Reporting: Any claims for items damaged in transit or "dead on arrival" must be reported to TechHaulers within forty-eight (48) hours of the delivery timestamp. Because we sell used equipment with no ongoing warranty, claims made after this 48-hour window will not be honored.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the unique nature of eWaste recycling and the "As-Is" status of our inventory:

  • All Sales are Final: We do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse" or compatibility issues. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the technical specifications of the item (e.g., Cisco firmware versions, monitor ports, GPU power requirements) meet their needs before purchase.
  • Authorized Returns: In the rare event that TechHaulers authorizes a return due to a listing error or a DOA item, the item must be returned in the exact condition received with all original accessories and security seals intact.
