3.3 Inventory Source

Products sold on this Store are sourced from TechHaulers' eWaste collection and recycling operations. Electronic devices are recovered, tested, refurbished where applicable, and offered for resale as part of our circular economy model. This means inventory is unique and often one-of-a-kind — when it's gone, it's gone.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Placing an Order

When you place an Order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your Order; it confirms we received it. We accept Orders at our discretion and may decline an Order for any reason.

4.2 Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ACH bank transfer. Payment is processed at the time of Order placement or when the Order is ready to ship, depending on our payment processor's policies.

If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mohave County, Arizona, under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association.
